What the site is

A home-search and planning site for Michigan buyers and sellers: listing search, saved homes and searches, financing and affordability tools, property tax estimates, and ways to contact a REALTOR®. It is provided for general information and is not legal, tax, lending or investment advice.

Estimates are not quotes

• Payments, affordability, taxes, insurance, loan limits and rates are estimates built from the inputs you provide and public or third-party data that may be incomplete or out of date. They are not a loan offer, a pre-approval, a commitment to lend, a tax bill or an appraisal.
• Actual taxes depend on assessment and uncapping rules, exemptions and millage in effect. Confirm with the local assessor, your lender and a tax professional.

Listing information (IDX)

Listing data comes from Realcomp through an IDX data feed and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. It is for your personal, non-commercial use to identify properties you may want to buy, and may not be copied, scraped, redistributed or used for any other purpose. Accounts

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in methods private.
• Administrative and workspace areas are limited to authorized users. Do not try to access them or other people’s data.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the site.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or bulk-download listings, interfere with the site’s security or operation, submit false or unlawful content, or use the site to harass others or send unsolicited marketing.

Contacting us; no agency relationship

Submitting a form or message does not create an agency, brokerage, lending or attorney relationship. A representation agreement or other written agreement is required for that. Communications
